Gestalt psychotherapy is a relational approach that involves staying in the present so that the wisdom in our bodies can be accessed and unresolved emotions can be processed. We also get to know and embrace the many parts that make up who we are, including healing the parts that sometimes keep us feeling stuck. In this approach we increase our awareness so we have the space to compassionately look at our thought, behaviour, and relationship patterns from a new perspective. This allows us to access our inner knowing, helping us make the choices we need to become more of who we are - who we were meant to be.
